Billy LawsandGitHub	bab6eedccf	Fix SetStandardSteadyClockInternalOffset permission check (#2076 ) I happened to notice this when checking Ryu's IPC structures. After double checking with RE it seems the current check is incorrect so use the correct member to fix that.	2021-03-04 11:58:21 +01:00
