Stubs IHidServer::IsFirmwareUpdateAvailableForSixAxisSensor and IIrSensorServer::CheckFirmwareVersion

* Apply suggestions from code review

Also changed PackedMcuVersion to be two shorts instead of two bytes, because that's its actual type

* Apply new code review suggestions
